For the past eight years, FCPR has worked with the Progress Lighting team to increase media relations opportunities, execute online community management programs, expand partnerships with builders and online retailers, while creating and implementing promotions and multi-media activities that drive traffic back to the Progress Lighting website.
We consider our clients to be part of our family – and have worked to build a consistent brand voice, as well as successful programs for the residential lighting manufacturer, which allow them to communicate with their key audience members.
- Consistently increase the amount of referral traffic that comes to the lighting website, while reducing bounce rates and increasing time spent on site – by providing relevant and engaging blog content and social media conversations.
- In 2014, FCPR helped achieve the following awards for the Progress Lighting brand and products: Home Builder Executive Innovation Award, Professional Builder 100 Best New Products Award, Professional Remodeler 100 Best New Products Award, Architectural Lighting Annual Products issue, tED Best of the Best Award and tED 30 under 35 Award.
- From January to July 2014, FCPR helped increase Progress Lighting’s Facebook fan base by 11,350 fans, a 964% increase from 2013. FCPR also helped grow the brand’s Instagram presence by 292% from 2013.
- Developed concept and implemented launch of an online newsroom to serve as a resource to media and partner contacts.
