What does workplace culture mean to you?

Heather, Erin and Mollie at FCPRCulture can be defined as a “shared belief system of values and processes within an organization,” but at Full Circle PR, we take this idea to a whole new level.

From the first day I met Kim and Liza, it was evident that workplace culture was an important part of their lives and their agency. As a group, FCPR has a set of core values, including honesty and positivity. There is a “no drama” rule around here – though I have not seen any evidence of its necessity. It is important for us to communicate effectively internally in order to be the best that we can be for our clients.

Today marks the completion of my first full week at FCPR. I can officially say that not only are these values are true, but they are an understatement. Although I am the new girl, I already feel welcome and at home. Mollie has been an incredible part of this, while helping to transition her workload to me during her last few days with us.

The team is truly one of a kind, and I am excited to be a part of it. In the future, I will strive to bring my best to the agency and to our clients– every day. I am proud of what FCPR stands for, and I am so happy to be a part of the team. Can you say the same for your workplace?
