Special events are a great way for your clients to connect with their customers and industry as a whole. Earlier in October, I was fortunate to attend multiple special events in Philadelphia and San Antonio on behalf of our client, Milliken floor covering. There I was not only able to connect with other influential social media mavens in the A&D world, but also showcase our client’s own expertise with social tools. This sparked a great discussion about how architects and designers can use social media to enhance their professions as well as best practices to do so.

Below are some snapshots from the events. Enjoy!

Milliken’s continuing education course, “Social Media: Global Online Tools for Interior Designers,” opened up the 2012 IIDA Product Parade in Philadelphia that was themed around social media.

Milliken’s continuing education course on social media sparked a great discussion about how architects and designers can get involved in industry conversations online.

Interior designers in San Antonio learned of conversations happening online in the A&D community – and how they can join in!
