Kenny Chesney, Costa present $50,000 to Coastal Conservation Association

With so much bad news going around every day, it’s always nice when you’re able to share good news for a change.

One of our clients, Costa Sunglasses, partnered with music superstar Kenny Chesney last year to design a limited edition line of sunglasses. A portion of the proceeds from the money raised went to benefit the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).

Lots of companies and celebrities partner together to benefit worthy causes, and honestly, it’s something I never get tired of seeing. I love seeing worthy causes receive a well-deserved boost – financially or just in brand awareness – because a celebrity or corporation puts their support behind them.

So a big THANK YOU to Costa Sunglasses and Kenny Chesney for putting their support behind CCA. This money is sure to help fund some important work to help preserve our coast lines (a place I like to spend as much time as possible).

Music superstar Kenny Chesney and Costa Sunglasses present a check for $50,000 to Pat Murray to benefit the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA). The funds were raised through sales of Kenny Chesney’s Limited Edition line of Costa Sunglasses during his 2011 “Goin’ Coastal” nationwide concert tour.
