Work hard, play hard.

Ok, so this post has nothing to do with PR, marketing or branding.  But I did have the good fortune to spend the week with our wonderful client, Costa Sunglasses, in their hometown of Daytona Beach, Fla. One night this week after a long day of planning meetings, Costa arranged for the whole crew to participate in a little “team bonding,” also known as a fishing tournament on Mosquito Lagoon.

Five teams. Awesome time. PS – I took home the award for catching the largest redfish: 31 inches, 12 pounds.  I couldn’t have done it without my incredibly talented teammate Amanda and our guide Mike.

Congrats to Austin and Zach, tournament winners, who narrowly beat out Rob and Dylan the Intern.  It was some steep competition. And thanks to the great staff at JB’s in New Smyrna Beach for putting up with our rowdiness at dinner – great staff and great seafood.

Thanks to Costa for a great week – lots of great ideas ahead and we’re proud to play a role. Check out some pics from our fishing trip below. Cheers!
